After banning Russian media giving alternative point of view and analysis of the ongoing NATO’s proxy war in Ukraine, the French dictatorship under Macron regime has been strengthened and has reached another milestone with the vote of new law prohibiting the use of term genocide to qualify the US-Israeli onslaught on the Palestinians in the Gaza strip.This new legislation voted under the influence of powerful Jewish and Israeli lobbies in France controlling the mainstream media is added to already existing legislations instrumentalizing the antisemitism as political and ideological weapon to silence the dissident voices criticising Israeli policy of colonization and its war of extermination of the Palestinians in occupied Palestine since 1948. Till now, the use of the term genocide against Israeli war in Palestine as simple infringement becoming under the rule of the new legislation a specific crime. It is not clear how the new legislation could be implemented as hundreds of thousands of French partisans of the leftist Jean Luc Melenchon are shouting in the streets under the surveillance of the police and using the term genocide during their regular protests in support of the Palestinian civilians in the Gaza Strip. This does mean that Macron regime should build hundreds of prisons to jail those who are using the word genocide. Macron regime became not only a real danger for Europe and a threat to the world peace by calling to the war against Russia but for the so called western democracy and its sacrosanct free of speech too.
Invoking the Genocide convention of 1948 signed by Israel, South Africa brought the matter before the International Court of Justice and on January 11, 2024, started the hearing of the both disputed parties. The Israeli defender alleged that there is no genocide and that Jewish state only acted to defend itself by exterminating till new more than 30000 Palestinians without speaking of the huge material destruction in the Gaza Strip. The Genocide convention was established after the WWII by referring to the genocide of jews in Europe by Nazi regime. By following the inherent logic of Israeli party denying genocide in Gaza, one can say and argue the same thing without contradicting oneself that there was no genocide of Jews during the WWII as the Nazi regime was defending itself like Israel today against its enemies, the jews and the communists. South Africa that suffered the apartheid regime for decades deserves the esteem of the world but one cannot forget that the corrupt regime and president Jacob Zuma whose country which was a non permanent member of the Security Council voted, for Resolution 1973, allowing military intervention in Libya, a NATO-led coalition to conduct fierce airstrikes against Libyan armed forces and the assassination of Kadaffi on October 20, 2011. What is distressing no country in the Arab Muslim world didn’t dare to challenge Israeli genocidal war against the Palestinians in particular the corrupt regimes in the Middle East which all of them are slavish states and proxy countries manoeuvred by the United states. Margaret Kimberly blames Biden, Blinken and the ruling political establishment for participating in Israeli genocidal war through destructive bombs but she didn’t understand that American politicians are but extras, puppets manipulated by puppeteers, that is the US big capital and the militaro industrial complex in the service of American imperialism.
Craig Mokhiber, former director of the UN high Commissioner of Human Rights resigned from his post on November 1. One can only welcome this courageous position of a high ranking official working for 32 years within the UN. This testimony of Mr Mokhiber is very precious as it can be used in the future as evidence to be filed against Israeli’s war criminals starting by the PM Netanyahu and ven if there is a real International justice, the western leaders who became guilty and accomplices of Israeli war crimes against the Palestinian civilians. When Craig Mokhiber accuses Israel for committing a genocide in the Gaza Strip, as a lawyer expert in Humanitarian international law, he knows of what he is speaking about. In fact, what is going on in Gaza since one month, is a mere genocide as pointed out by Mokhiber who, in addition, reveals the mere submission of the United Nations to the very powerful international Jewish lobbies preventing any serious action to take against Israel and to apply the numerous resolutions voted in the UN since 1967.
