This critical stance of Sanchez vis a vis far right Israeli government supported by European Union member states and the United States is uttered not only by the Spanish PM but also by rotational incumbent president of the EU till December 31, 2023 before taking over by Belgium from January 1, 2024. Sánchez also called for European Union recognition of a Palestinian state, saying Spain might do so on its own. It is worth nothing that the so called International community, that is the Collective West, didn’t hesitate to instrumentalize the International justice, by creating a special tribunal the Hague war crime tribunal for the former Yugoslavia, set up in 1993 to put on trial and hold accountable the late Serb leader, Slobodan Milosevic prosecuted for his purported crimes war committed against Bosnians. This time, by comparing Milosevic’s so called war crimes and crimes against humanity with Israeli war crimes and crimes against humanity in the Gaza Strip, one can say without hesitation, Milosevic was war criminal apprentice, a choirboy. When we speak about International justice, one has to wonder which kind of International justice we are speaking about.
Craig Mokhiber, former director of the UN high Commissioner of Human Rights resigned from his post on November 1. One can only welcome this courageous position of a high ranking official working for 32 years within the UN. The main problem posed by those seeking to request the International Criminal Court for trying Netanyahu and civilian and military high ranking officials participating as accomplices of war crimes consists of how one can qualify Israeli’s massacre in Gaza, aimed at ensuring Israel’s security recognized by Russia or a self defense considered by the Russian Federation as void and null as an occupying power has no right to use it as false pretext to perpetuate the occupation of Palestinian lands, continuing the expulsion of Palestinians from their home by Israeli settlers, grabbing more and more lands by those Jewish settlers of the remaining of already tiny Palestinian territory. Till now, Israel has violated all resolutions of the UN, its incalculable war crimes committed against the Palestinian people since its creation in 1948 have been superbly ignored supported by its protected western countries, calling themselves the “International community”, which do not hesitate to manipulate the international organizations and mainly the international justice used as political weapon against recalcitrant and disobedient regimes in the Middle East and Africa. Only few critical voices in the West have called for trying Israel for war crimes resulting from mass killings,depriving the civilian populations of food, water, power, destruction of about half of Gazan infrastructures, while the politicized International criminal court hurried to issue an international arrest warrant against Russian president Putin for “kidnapping Ukrainian children” who rather saved them from announced death, victims of incessant shelling of the Donbass since Maidan coup in 2014 by Kiev regime.

Israel has no enough strength to reshape the map of the Middle East, Only generalized war in the region could set up political map similar to the WWI reshaping the map of Europe and the Middle east after the collapse of the three old Empires: Ottoman, Russian and Austria Hungary followed by the demise of the Jewish state in Palestine.

Guteress and UNSC didn’t request the international criminal court to investigate Israeli crimes, to issue arrest warrants and to try Israeli Israel for war crime by depriving residents of the Gaza Strip of basic goods, electricity and water, and bombing of densely populated areas. while the same ICC was huried to issue arerst wanrants in the case of former Serbian leader Slobodan Milosevic, Cost Ivoiry Laurent Gabgbo, Omar Bechir, Kaddafi, Assad, and recently in the case of Putin accused of of kidnapping Ukrainian children whereas he was actually saving them from the bombing and rocket attacks of neo-Nazi Ukrainian forces that have been ongoing since 2014 and have killed 14,000 people. It is good thing ridicule never killed anyone. Macron’s proposition made during his meeting with Netanyahu is not only ridicule but outrageous suggesting the creation of regional and international coalition to fight Palestinian movement, Hamas. Such proposition is not only laughable but inaudible as, except the states forming the collective West, no country in the Middle East, Africa and Latin America is ready to enter coalition aimed at fighting Hamas, a fortiori neither Russia nr China. Let us remind this ignorant that jihadists mercenaries in the Middle East have been creation and funded by the US and its European vassals to serve their own economic and geopolitics interests in this region, to overthrow recalcitrant and disobedient governments and regimes as they have done with nazi groups in Ukraine in 2014 to overthrow Yanukovich’s government. Let us remind to this puppet of the US that the western coalition in Syria and Iraq has no intentions to fight its creatures in these two countries, its main objective in Syria was and still remains containing Russian influence and in Iraq containing Iran’s influence, not to fight jihadist groups. Otherwise how to explain the led-US coalition in these two countries was powerless face Al Qaida and ISIS while Russia was able to eradicate jihadist terrorist groups in Syria in only 2 years from 2015 to 2017 saving Assad regime, the Libyan regime and its longtime leader Muammar Kadafi were no so lucky, destroyed and murdered by NATO in 2011. The military leadership in Burkina Faso and Niger accused France of encouraging and sending terrorist mercenaries in order to destabilize their regime.
