Ukrainisation of G 20

Before Russian special military operation on February 24, 2022, few hardly knew where Ukraine is located on the map of the world. Before the demise of the USSR, few knew if there is a nation or society named Ukraine.  Since 1991, Ukraine came to the forefront of news, the first time in Novembre 2004 to January 2005 with the so called Orange revolution fomented by the West, that overthrew pro Russian president Yanukovich replaced by pro west leadership including former banker Yushchenko and Yulia Timoshenko. The second time, Ukraine occupied the forefront of world news, this was during a second colour revolution initiated in February 2014 by neo nazi groups funded and armed by the USA and European Union, that toppled once more democratically elected president, Yanukovych for refusing humiliating deal dictated by Brussels aimed at selling at the lowest price, Ukraine’s wealth to American and European corporations. Thanks to Belarus KGB, Yanukovich was exfiltrated and saved his life. Before Russian special military operation, western journalists and reporters were talking about neo nazi regime in Kiev, the followers of Stepen Bandera and their rallies every year to commemorate his nazi past during the WWII. Since February 2022, all those reports naming a cat a cat have been deleted from Google and Youtube. Now, Ukraine is presented as a haven of democracy while since 1991, it appeared as the most corrupted state in the world with Nigeria. The latest example of the Ukrainisation regional and transnational organizations is this allegation ushered by the speaker in the French National Assembly, during a meeting of G7 Parliament, saying “ Ukraine is fighting for her freedom and for the security of Europe. she is defending our values of democracy and belongs to European family. Our parliaments have a key role to play  by ensuring unconditional support of our states including our citizens, relentlessly unbathed ”

China & Niger

China could help Niger overcome the sanctions imposed by the ECOWAS, threatening the African nation by military action following the overthrow of France’s puppet Mohammed Bazoum. Contrary to former colonizer of Africa, China has no colonialist intentions in this continent and consequently it is not imperialist power aimed at stealing and pillaging the natural resources. China’s main objective is to business and to build infrastructures. While the USSR which served as inspiring model both for China and other colonized people all over the world in particular Ho Chi Minh who has deepened his understanding of Marxist Leninist theory in Moscow’ Lenin International School in the 1930st  supported African movements of liberation in the name of internationalism and proletarian brotherly. Patrice Lumumba’s university in Moscow today is the most telling legacy of the USSR’s support for African people considering Russia today as the main supporter in their struggle against neo colonialism. This is not the case of Chinese African policy. That is why one can see during popular protests in Mali, Burkina Faso and today in Niger Putin’s photo waved and pro Russian slogans shouted by the protesters. That was highlighted recently by the remarkable speech ushered during the Second Summit Russia Africa in Saint Petersburg by the Young president per interim of Burkina Faso Ibrahim Troaré calling his Russian counterpart for support to overcome the sequels of neo colonialism in his country. While Russia fully support Mali at the Security Council by vetoing a resolution presented by France and the United Arab Emirates aimed at prolonging sanctions against Mali, China abstained, why ?

Violation of Laws of history and geography,

This statement of French foreign minister Catherine Colonna asking for a security deal with Russia is ridiculous, biased and could be qualified as mere hype. Her statement seems to be nothing more than a piece of NATO’s propaganda disseminating all day long by the western mainstream media which are repeating the script written by Washington, making believe that Russia is the aggressor and the West the aggressed, the gentil pacifist west which is white as snow.  she added, “Russia exists and will continue to exist.” It is worth commenting Colonna’s statement saying Reality, history and geography mean that this country is largely on the European continent. We will have to find a way to rebuild a solid security architecture that takes into account the stability interests of all” First of all, if we respect the law of history and geography, western Europe should speak mostly Russian not English. If we respect the laws of history and geography, European citizens should visit before Russia located in European continent and not the united states; Instead of eating American junk food represented by multinationals by McDonald, Kentucky etc, European citizens should eat Russian gastronomy. Instead of listing to American music and subjugated by Hollowood movies, European citizens should listen to Russian music and watch Russian movies. if we respect the laws of geography, logically, European continent keeping area of only 7 million km² is expected to experience Russian impact keeping an area of 14,7 million km², that is twice the area of Europe. Now we should ask this question, why European continent was breaching the laws of history and geography ? The answer is not very difficult to guess, the emergence of US imperialism intrinsically and consubstantially linked to the history of this turbulent and aggressive state from its inception, originated by the Monroe doctrine of 1823 culminated by the Theodor Roosvelt wars of conquest in Latin America considered as its turf, Cuba, the Philippines, Costa Rica etc, the orderly control of European continent after two World wars and last but not least the crusade against communism declared by the Truman Doctrine in 1947

Long list of leader’s assassination in Africa

This claim of Italian former PM Giuliano must be considered as a serious warning to new military leadership in Mali, Burkina Faso and Niger. This failed attempt to assassinate Kadafi by France in 1980 shows that this former colonizer of Africa is ready to do everything possible within its power to keep its grips on her African colonies and steals its huge naturel resources, even by eliminating recalcitrant leader who do not want to be the puppet of foreign power. Since 1963, more than 22 African presidents, then in power, have been assassinated by France, many of them asserted their independence and refused to go along with the colonial power. The latest of these leaders being Muammar Gaddafi assassinated by Sarkozy regime. Most of the coups and assassinations were carried out by the SDECE, the DGSE and the DST. These are three French intelligence services that have the reputation of carrying out coups and murders in Africa. The DGSE is the main secret service abroad, which is charged with controlling the “Black-skinned governors”, the term France uses to describe African puppet president under its control. There is another DST (Direction of Homeland Security) which deals with the interior and exterior security of France. It is charged with protecting France from ‘the dangers of immigration’. The DST, which is a political police, cooperates with other political police belonging to dictatorships around the world. After the DGSE, the DST and the SDECE, there is the Directorate of Military Intelligence, the agency responsible for France’s military propaganda during conflicts in Africa. On January 13, 1963, Sylvanus Olympio, the first democratically elected president is assassinated by Sergeant Etienne Eyadema with the support of the French officer who was supposedly responsible for the security of Olympio. In the Central African Republic There was a promising statesman, Barthélemy Boganda mysteriously died on March 29, 1959, in an aerial disaster while traveling between Berberati and Bangui. The Central African Republic of David Dacko in the grip of serious financial crises (misappropriation of public funds) instead of reacting and acting quickly decides to hand over power to the Chief of Staff Colonel Jean Bedel Bokassa on 1 January 1966. In the Comoros two assassinated heads of state and two others deposed by mercenary Bob Denard. In Niger, the same day Nigerian leader Hamani Diori threatened to sell the country’s uranium to other countries for a better price than France was paying, he was deposed by a military coup in which he was brutally murdered. In Gabon, Germain Léon M’ba dies of a cancer in Paris at the hospital Claude Bernard on November 26, 1967. Like all properly educated African nationalists, he was against the idea that Gabon should be a puppet state controlled by France. M’ba enters active political life as early as 1960 and was immediately labelled as a “dangerous agitator” by French agents and politicians who were still in charge of the country’s security apparatus.M’ba was briefly overthrown by Jean-Hilaire Aubame with help from France. On February 19, 1964 under international pressure French paratroopers restored Léon M’ba to the presidency. M’ba resigned from his position to express his disapproval. On the night of September 18, 1971 Mr. Germain M’ba former ambassador in Bonn, who was also appointed in Tokyo, returned from the cinema accompanied by his wife and daughter. Mrs. M’ba and her daughter got out of the vehicle and entered the house. As Mr. M’ba closed the door, a man came out of the shadows and fired two shots killing him.

Liberalism as ideology not economic and political system

There is no political and economic system that be called liberalism. There is only liberal ideology whose two main proponents are Thomas Hobbes and John Locke not be confounded with political and economic system dominated by the bourgeoisie and the capital. Economic liberalism promoted by Adam Smith is mere ideology having nothing to do with economic activities governed by the hidden hand of the market. Within liberal and economic system, it is not so called free market formed between consumer and producer, it exists only monopole as some big corporations control and impose their law where they are. This false typology and classification was promoted by the American and European political scientists in order to hide the very nature of capitalist system opposed to what so called dictatorial and authoritarian system represented by communist system. To be more precise, Liberalism is but a racist, supremacist, colonialist and imperialist ideology aimed used by Bismarck and his likes at Berlin conference in 1884 to justify their scramble for Africa. The USA resorted to liberal ideology to invade Cuba, the Philippines and other subjugated countries in Latin America. Endless wars led by the USA and its European vassals after the collapse of the USSR were made in the name of liberal ideology and not liberal system. The western invaders of Iraq in 2003 had no intention to impose democracy and liberal system there, their hidden objective was to control Iraqi oil. This was the case in Libya too. Concerning the BRICS, this global south organization is not alternative way to global capitalism dominated till now by the USA and its vassals all over the world. The BRICS like other transnational organizations like G20 and G7 is not more than a new emergent competitor whose member states are looking for more integration aimed to fit more and more into global capitalism.

BRICS for what purpose ?

Since the end of the 15th BRICS summit in Johannesburg, veteran and renowned analysts and academics are gloating about expanded BRICS presented as something announcing the dawn of so called new era symbolized by a new currency alternative to US dollar and to financial and economic institutions created by the Bretton Woods agreements in 1944. The question that begs : is the BRICS a really original organization grouping members from the global south, different from other transnational organizations such for example, the group of twenty, called G20 that will take place in new Delhi, India, on September 9 and 10, or from the Group of seven, called the G7 ?  The original acronym « BRIC », or « the BRICs », was coined in 2001 by Goldman Sachs economist Jim O’Neill who predicted that countries of the global south like India and Brazil would emerge as key players on the global economy by 2050. The main purpose of the BRICS was to look at investment opportunities. The historical context of its emergence in 2009 was a response to 2008 financial crisis, similar context that triggered the birth of the Group of Twenty in the wake of Asian financial crisis in 1997-98 or the Group of Seven triggered by the oil crisis of 1973 in the wake of the Israeli Arab war. By looking closely to these three transnational organizations, one can discover behind their emergence, chronical, recurrent and uncurable capitalist crisis. Main objective of the BRICS like the G20 and G7, is the research of an antidote to endless crisis of capitalist system and fitting mainly the economies of the global south into global capitalist market
