The so called new dawn inaugurated by the BRICS

Since the end of the 15 BRICS’ summit in Johannesburg, renowned and veteran political and geopolitical analysts like Pepe Escobar, among others, or simple commentators are gloating predicting the dawn of new era and the birth of a multipolar world emancipated from western political and economic domination that lasted more than 500 years thanks to the enlargement of this global south organization,the BRICS. But make no mistake and we should not be fooled by BRICS propagandists who try to make believe that from now on, a new pattern in International relationships in general and economic relationships in particular will emerge differently from what it was before BRICS expansion. For one simple reason, the member states of the current BRICS and expanded template from January 1, 2024 are members of the World Trade organization and they are not willing to change its regulations related to International trade. BRICS member states could be able to establish new currency and Bank of development to finance new projects but they should comply with other regulations and recommendations imposed by the WTO. we have as example of Argentina, even being a BRICS member, must abide to International monetary fund(IMF) which imposed to Macri’s government reforms in economic and financial structures. Before the BRICS, alongside the Non Aligned movement, whose member states were trying not to side neither with the USA nor with the USSR, the countries from Third world grouping in what it is called the group of 77 (created in 1963 and still existing today) have created in the framework of the United Nations, the U N C T A D(United Nations for Commerce,trade and Development) an organization aimed at enhancing mutual economic and commercial ties between its members. But the heavy legacy of western colonialism and US imperialism have prevented the economic and political development of the members of group 77. The only critical period for creation of multipolar world was the emergence of the USSR as counterweight to capitalist international order. The only critical moment in modern history to create independent and autonomous economic and political entity not enslaving by capitalist collective west was the COMECON ( Council for Mutual Economic Assistance) created in 1949 grouping the USSR,Albania,East Germany,Poland,Hungary,Bulgaria,Roumania,Tchecoslovaquia, Mongolia, Cuba and Vietnam. The Comecon was dissolved in 1991 after the collapse of the USSR

Glimpse on the BRICS

Very informative post giving a glimpse on the BRICS in general and the consequences of its expansion. Contrary to western propaganda and hype on the 15th BRICS summit in Johannesburg, this global south does  represent a real danger neither for global capitalism which continues its own path as usual thanks to US financial and economic institutions set up in Bretton Woods in 1944 and its corollary the dollar supremacy in commercial relationships between the global south and the global north, nor real threat to endless wars waged by US and its European vassals as one can observe today in African continent as the former colonizers have always their puppet regimes playing the role of western gendarme. That can be confirmed by this remark of the author “ It is important to understand that BRICS does not want to reverse globalization or take over the global economic order. In some ways, it even wants to preserve the existing order more than the US does”

Having said that, the only very consequence of the BRICS enlargement is related to SANCTIONS imposed on recalcitrant countries and regimes which refuse to kneel to western sanctions as witnessed by those imposed on Cuban and Pyongyang regimes, Iran and Russia today mainly after the special military operation in Ukraine, criticized Tuesday by Italy’s former PM Conte as damaging Italian businesses; Consequently, BRICS’s expansion will make much less efficient as the new members would not implement future sanctions imposed on Russia for example.

The XV BRICS summit ended in Johannesburg while starts new phase of its history, that of its expansion to other countries inviting Argentina, Egypt, Ethiopia, Iran, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE to join as full-fledged members beginning next year. The New Development Bank (popularly known as the BRICS Bank) has already been joined by new members such as Bangladesh, Egypt, the UAE, and Uruguay. But BRICS expansion will confront numerous challenges to be overcoming as the admission of new countries as full-fledged members will drastically change the group’s dynamics owing to their very different economies and domestic situations and their different ideological patterns. Here one can formulate two hypothesis:(1) dealing with the question of alternative currencies to dollar could be a appropriate solution for the developing countries to free themselves from the Bretton woods intuitions set up in the wake of the WWII used as US tool to impose its worldwide hegemony and this way, the BRICS can play key role in the current move for a multipolar world;(2) however, alternative currencies is one solution to meet the main challenge, the survival of the BRICS in the long term, this is a different story. The BRICKS can be compared with the European Union founded in 1951, starting with the European Coal and Steel Community which was its first step In 1957, the Treaty of Rome established the European Economic Community (EEC) and opened a new era of ever closer cooperation in Europe whose history began with a common market between six European countries and ended with common currency in 2000 the Euro and political union established by Lisbon Treaty in 2007 albeit its rejection by the French people in 2005 by 55% of the vote, by the Dutch and the Irish, grouping 28 members, till 2020 now 27 after the withdrawal  of the UK following the BREXIT referendum in June 2016 and definitive separation on January 31, 2020 read more on @elmir1975

Of course, Modi’s regime and Indian brainwashed elite will not go without instrumentalizing this event aimed at more exacerbating nationalism that’s is gonna go up a notch since Bharatiya Janata party took over the power in India in 2014.India became the most populous nation on the earth with 1,4 billion surpassing China. After its independence in 1947, India was the founder in of the Non-Aligned Movement which had its origins in the 1947 Asian Relations Meeting in New Delhi and the 1955 Asian-African Conference in Bandung, Indonesia. India also participated in the 1961 Belgrade Conference that officially established the Non-Aligned Movement. India of the time had friendly relationships with the USSR.

Western propaganda looks at India like a democracy which is not, its political system is imported from its colonizer English system to be considered a mere representative parliamentarism with elections at Olympic Intervale and two headed single party ruled by subservient politicards working for the interests of the wealthy and the few. As witnessed by reactionary and pro business policy of Modi government, the nefarious Farm laws bluntly privatizing Indian agriculture putting the Indian peasants under the control of Agrobusiness multinationals similar to control of Ukrainian agriculture and its underground wealth by Blackrock and Monsanto in Ukraine. Comparing with today’s foreign policy implemented by Modi’s regime since 2014, India cease to be nonaligned country to become a mere puppet of the West and a tool into its hand in geopolitical rivalries by participating regularly in joint military drills with the USA in the Indo Pacific region to fight China and to contain the so called China’s imperialism in the south China sea and mainly in African continent.

It should be reminded that soviet Ukraine was the most developed region inside the Soviet Union whose populations were enjoying high standard of living, with free éducation, free health care, absence of jobless to be compared with today’s Ukraine which lost 20 million of its populations since 1991,becoming the poorer state in Europe, and also the private property of US big corporations, Blackrock and Monsonto etc this survey is very telling of strong comeback of nazi nostalgics, partisans of Stepen Bandera and its likes, culminating by Euromaidan nazi coup against democratically elected president Yanokovich who refused to bind to the European diktat by leonie and unfavorable treaty and to wean ties with Russia. In good ways, Euromaidan coup and Mink agreements were the starting point towards a full work to give Ukraine enough time to prepare for the war with Russia and also in the meantime to nazify Ukrainian populations as showing by this survey. All the more, Mali and Burkina Faso have clearly sided with Nigerien military leadership and announced that any military aggression against Niger would be considered as aggression against their own nations and declared their readness to help their African brothers. Wagner’s milices which are currently supporting Malian government to fight jihadistes merceneries unleashed by France which was pretending that it was in Mali since 2013 to fight them in order to legitimize its military presence in this African nation lusted like all other western african nations for their underground mineral and agricole wealth. Malian military leadership understood and realized that since 2013 France was not able to destroy jihadists merceneries while Russia has succeded to destroy them in Syria in only two years from 2015 to 2017

First and foremost, mainstream media in the west and particulary in France concerned by Niger situation as former colonizer of this African nation, labells the curent events coup d’état while it labells Euromaidan color revolution « popular revolution ». After the military took over the power in Niamey by overthrowing Basoum France’s puppet,the former colonizer asked its neocolonial tool, the ECOWAS for swift military intervention to reinstate its deposed president and to restaure the so called constitutional order while the same western maisntream media, albeit recognizing in the time Euromaidan in 2014 fomented by NATO’S nazi groups like AZOV militants, didn’t ask for military intervention to reinstate the then democratically elected Viktor Yanukovich and consequently to restaure the constitutional order in Ukraine. while the western mainstream media calls Nigerien military Putshists, Euromaidan ukronazis putshists are labelled Patriots,nationalists and revolutionaries. it will be useful to remember (1) the USA supported by myriad of its vassals fomented 500 coups d’état since the end of the WWII all over the world including 218 coups for the African continent alone.(2) Nigeria today ruled by corrumpt and former drug dealer in Chicago, Bola Tinubu,threatening its northern neighbor by military action has a long history of coups d’état as this multiethnic federal state had experienced numerous coup d’état from its independence in 1960 till 1999, in all eight attempted coups including six successful ones

The ECOWAS’s military intervention in Niger sounds the death knell of this tool of western imperialism in Africa which is similar organization of US clone, AFRICOM created in the wake of NATO’s aggression against Libyan Jammahiria and the brutal assassination of its leader Muammar Kaddafi. The outcome of such planned military aggression will have two fatal consequences (1) Its military agression against a member will lead forcefully Burkina Faso, Mali, Guinea to quit it (2) western puppet Bazoum, his family, his ministers and their families wil be eliminated,consequently the so called constitutional order will not be reinstated . Of course, France, USA, EUROPE have already their puppets to be reinstalled but the African nation will be plunged in civil war like in its neigyboting nation Libya. C’est quoi la Russie de Poutine ?

On présente Poutine comme un homme blanc comme neige, d’une virginité et d’une innocence quasi religieuse. Poutine a été choisi par Eltsine suite à la démission d’Eveny Primatov du poste de premier ministre. Poutine, en ancien kgbiste, avait parfaitement compris qu’il fallait continuer la consolidation d’un capitalisme sauvage condition sine qua non pour continuer le pillage des richesses produites par le peuple soviétique depuis l’époque de Staline. Parmi les mafieux qui ont pillé ces richesses il y avait des anciens kgbistes comme Poutine mais aussi anciens dirigeants des Sovkoses et de kolkoses.

Poutine était prêt à entrer dans l’OTAN,il a intégré la Russie dans le capitalisme mondial.

Poutine a observé les révolutions des couleurs en Ukraine et en Goerge dès 2004 et 2005. Les services de renseignements russes n’ont rien fait pour faire avoter ces révolutions des couleurs. Poutine était le témoin de Maidan qui a propulsé les anzis au pouvoir à Kiev et laisser massacrer par le nouveau régime 14000 russophones du Donbass.

Il va sans dire que la soi disant guerre patriotique d’aujourd’hui n’a rien à voir la grande guerre patriotique de Staline et de l’URSS qui se battirent contre la soldatesque nazie qui cherchaient à en finir avec le régime communiste de l’URSS. L’OCCIDENT qui soutient le régime nazi à Kiev s’apparente à une rivalité entre des puissances capitalistes cherchant un immense marché et des gigantesques réserves en matières premières et une autre puissance capitaliste concurrente la Russie qui ne veut pas lâcher le morceau. La rivalité d’aujourd’hui entre l’OCCIDENT et Poutine rappelle étrangement les rivalités impérialistes d’avant la première guerre, entre le France, la GB et les USA d’une part et l’Allemagne, d’autre part.

Après la révolution d’octobre de 1917 et sa consolidation grâce à Staline, l’URSS a servi d’exemple aux peuples colonisés pour se libérer des griffes du colonialisme occidental; l’URSS a aidé la jeune révolution chinoise à se protéger te à se développer économiquement et même à se doter d’une bombe atomique grâce à Staline. l’URSS a aidé la jeune révolution cubaine à se protéger contre l’impérialisme américain et à l’aider économiquement et commercialement. L’idiot utile Gorbatchev, dès son arrivé au pouvoir, à couper les ponts avec Cuba.

Après la disparition de l’URSS, les pays qui se sont libérés des griffes du colonialisme occidentalisé ont été de nouveau recolonisés en l’absence d’un pouvoir capable de freiner les USA et leurs satellites. D’ailleurs, Lavrov, après le déclenchement de l’opération militaire russe, a voulu jouer sur le fait que l’URSS avait aidé les pays africains et latino américains à se libérer du joug du colonialisme occidental. Lavrov se trompe d’époque et de système politique, la Russie capitaliste d’aujourd’hui n’a rien à avoir l’URSS de Staline qui a aidé les républicains Espagnoles pour lutter contre franco.

un dernier indice que la Russie de Poutine n’est celle d’avant, cette affinité idéologique entre les extrêmes droites en Occident et le régime de Poutine.

Si je souhaite la victoire de la Russie contre l’Ukraine, et ce sera certainement le cas, ce n’est pas parce que j’ai affection particulière pour le capitalisme poutinien, c’est parce que la Russie a engendré une révolution, une première révolution pour défendre les opprimés et les exploités du capitalisme, la Russie de Staline qui a écrasé le nazisme au prix de 30 millions de morts pendant la grande guerre patriotique. Pour cette Russie multiethnique que j’admire où cohabitent des centaines d’ethnies et de religions que l’Occident capitaliste cherche à dresser les unes contre les autres pour faire voler en éclats la Russie comme l’ex Yougoslavie.

The US,the biggest spying and surveillance Empire

NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg called the behavior of unidentified balloons over the United States an example of how China and Russia are increasing intelligence against the countries of the alliance.

 

On Monday,the Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Wang Wenbin,said the US has illegally flown its high-altitude balloons over Chinese airspace more than 10 times without Chinese authorities’ permission since the beginning of 2022 calling the US the world’s biggest « Spying Empire » This statement was made following the strike of Chinese civilian unmanned airship used mainly for meteorological research purposes which was taken down on February 4. In fact, the US is the world’s largest surveillance and reconnaissance country, with the largest global spying network, the Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson said.

 

Throughout 2021, U.S. and European “warships and planes carried out more than 2,000 close spying operations aimed at China,” including at the “coastal area of the Chinese mainland.” Although lavishly funded Western news agencies mysteriously found minimal opportunity to report on the incidents, the reader of the Asian press could have learned that Western “strike groups” in “the South China Sea” nearly doubled their activity since 2020—repeatedly to the protest of the Chinese and in fact most of Asia, though to the enthusiastic celebration of the Western liberal and humane press.

 

Since 2016, France has mobilized support for a European presence with annually rotating forces which have expanded with participation from a growing number of countries…The German frigate Bayern was deployed in the Indo-Pacific from August 2021 to February 2022 to conduct operations…and exercise with the navies of Australia, Singapore, Japan and the United States. Germany’s contribution was considered a key decision in forging French-German unity on building a permanent and effective European military presence in the Indo-Pacific. The United Kingdom has also delivered significant contributions to Indo-Pacific defense, decoupling a carrier strike group in 2021 and two warships permanently in 2022.

Recently, an unmanned US boat used to gather data underwater was discovered in the waters of Namibia. Local media generally believe that this unmanned boat is actually a US spy ship. The US has also frequently sent aircraft and warships to conduct close-in reconnaissance on China, with 657 flights in 2022 and 64 flights in the South China Sea in January this year alone.

 

The US’ National Security Agency (NSA) monitors the content of text messages and calls of political leaders in Germany, France, Norway, Sweden, the Netherlands and other European countries. The US secretly installed monitoring equipment in nearly 100 of its embassies and consulates abroad to steal secrets from the host country.
