10 years ago, starting of Euromaidan

10 years ago, started nazi coup in Ukraine, called Euromaidan, when neo nazi groups coming from Europe and the United States attacked Ukrainian security forces with the main aim, provoking chaos and disorder. This nazi coup was supported by western mainstream media, the Intelligence services, the European Union and the US which were behind the coup. Politicians from Europe and the US hurried to Kiev in sign of support for the neo nazi groups. The impetus for the coup was the rejection of the then president Yanukovich to kneel to European diktat and to sign a humiliating treaty with the European Union lusting the huge agricultural and mineral wealth. But putting under its control Ukrainian state and society was not enough, the United States and its European vassals wanted to turn Ukraine along with other European countries into a NATO controlled state, serving as bridgehead to dismantle the Russian Federation as they did with the ex Yugoslavian Federation

The US,the biggest spying and surveillance Empire

NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg called the behavior of unidentified balloons over the United States an example of how China and Russia are increasing intelligence against the countries of the alliance.

On Monday, the Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Wang Wenbin, said the US has illegally flown its high-altitude balloons over Chinese airspace more than 10 times without Chinese authorities’ permission since the beginning of 2022 calling the US the world’s biggest « Spying Empire » This statement was made following the strike of Chinese civilian unmanned airship used mainly for meteorological research purposes which was taken down on February 4. In fact, the US is the world’s largest surveillance and reconnaissance country, with the largest global spying network, the Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson said.

Throughout 2021, U.S. and European “warships and planes carried out more than 2,000 close spying operations aimed at China,” including at the “coastal area of the Chinese mainland.” Although lavishly funded Western news agencies mysteriously found minimal opportunity to report on the incidents, the reader of the Asian press could have learned that Western “strike groups” in “the South China Sea” nearly doubled their activity since 2020—repeatedly to the protest of the Chinese and in fact most of Asia, though to the enthusiastic celebration of the Western liberal and humane press.

Since 2016, France has mobilized support for a European presence with annually rotating forces which have expanded with participation from a growing number of countries…The German frigate Bayern was deployed in the Indo-Pacific from August 2021 to February 2022 to conduct operations…and exercise with the navies of Australia, Singapore, Japan and the United States. Germany’s contribution was considered a key decision in forging French-German unity on building a permanent and effective European military presence in the Indo-Pacific. The United Kingdom has also delivered significant contributions to Indo-Pacific defense, decoupling a carrier strike group in 2021 and two warships permanently in 2022.

Recently, an unmanned US boat used to gather data underwater was discovered in the waters of Namibia. Local media generally believe that this unmanned boat is actually a US spy ship. The US has also frequently sent aircraft and warships to conduct close-in reconnaissance on China, with 657 flights in 2022 and 64 flights in the South China Sea in January this year alone.

The US’ National Security Agency (NSA) monitors the content of text messages and calls of political leaders in Germany, France, Norway, Sweden, the Netherlands and other European countries. The US secretly installed monitoring equipment in nearly 100 of its embassies and consulates abroad to steal secrets from the host country.

Ukraine’s proxy war : Origins and development of imperialist war explained by Historian Annie Lacroix Riz

On February 24,2022, Russia launched special military operation aimed at De-militarization and De-nazification of Ukraine. Russia blames the West for provoking a coup d’etat in 2014 which has overthrown democratically elected president Yanukovitch by color revolution led by nazi militants. The new regime has been installed thanks to the support of the USA, namely by Victoria Nuland and the European Union. Considering the new regime set up in Kiev as a western puppet, the Russian speaking populations in Donbass snubbed the new authorities and decided to take in hand their destiny by setting up independent administrations. It was the beginning of civil war that lasted eight years killing 15000 civilians.

The question that begs : why Ukraine? What are its core causes ? The answer is giving by leading French historian Annie Lacroix Riz explaining the origins and development of the ongoing conflict between Russia and the West.

THE ROOTS OF UKRAINE’S WAR

Like in all previous wars waged by the United States, its proxy allies and NATO, since the collapse of the USSR, it is the same strategy of deception implemented, aiming à brainwashing the masses in the West, making believe that their deadly and bloody wars of agression against targeted nations have only double objective :getting rid of vilain dictators who were massacring and killing their people, and making the world safe for democracy.

The current war in Ukraine provoked by NATO expansionism since the collapse of the Soviet Union on one hand and Maidan neo nazi coup in 2014 toppling democratically elected president who refused to bind to drastic conditions imposed by the USA,European Union and International Monetary Fund. The main architect of Maidan neo nazi coup was Victoria Nuland, wife of the neoconservative Paul Kagan. The Maidan coup was openly supported and financed by NATO as a way of undermining any Russian influence in Moscow’s own strategic environment. The aim was to make Ukraine a puppet state, commanded from Washington, ending any link with Russia. There was not only the objective to annihilate political, economic, and diplomatic relations between Kiev and Moscow, but also to eliminate cultural, ethnic, religious, and linguistic ties between both nations.

In the wake of Maidan coup d’etat, an anti-Russian junta took power and institutionalized a racist and anti-Russian ideology.Kiev’s coup in 2014 is but a contemporary copy of Hitler’s Berlin, but that the neo-Nazi element is a fundamental point of post-2014 Ukraine.

Following Maidan’s coup, neo nazi militias became  key points in the defense of the new Ukrainian regime. Groups such as the Azov Battalion, C14 and the armed militias of rightist parties such as Pravyy sektor and Svoboda operate freely in Ukraine and are most responsible for the extermination of ethnic Russians in the Donbass. The exaltation of Stepan Bandera (Ukrainian anti-Soviet nationalist leader who collaborated with Nazi Germany) is one of the symptoms of this. Before the Maidan, Bandera was a name like any other in Ukrainian history, but he came to be remembered and venerated as a national hero by neo-Nazis and anti-Russian politicians. These groups act with more violence and using more sophisticated equipment than the Ukrainian armed forces themselves, being the real face of Kiev’s anti-Russian brutality. As neo-Nazis, these militias have no obstacles in complying with the government’s objective of destroying any ties between Russians and Ukrainians.

The inspiration for Maidan neo nazi militias comes from the original Nazism: the Schutzstaffel (SS), one of the largest German armed political forces during the 1930s and 1940s, but the group was not part of the German Armed Forces, but a paramilitary militia instrumentalized by the government apart from the official troops. There was a major strategic objective with this: while the German military was commanded by the government, the SS fought for the Nazi Party and for Hitler – that is, if Germany surrendered, the SS would declare war on the German military. This type of “double-shielded” military system is the same one that Kiev has implemented: one can observe the same phenomenon in current war in Ukraine where neo nazi militias continue fighting the Russian forces in Kiev, in Dombass, in Mariopul and other regions albeit the entire destruction of Ukraine’s air forces.

Putin’s war over Ukraine is not war of agression like all NATO’s since 1991 mais it is the right response to denazify a neighbour country and to replace it a friendly regime. It is a measure that should be taken in coalition by several countries. In the West, Nazism has been rehabilitated and nazi groups and parties are encouraged as a mean to stand in the way of genuine left wing parties like in France with Le Pen. Russia is simply no longer willing to put up with crimes being committed by neo-Nazis against its people and there is nothing wrong with that decision

THE QUAD, AN »ASIAN NATO » TO CONTAIN CHINA IN THE ASIA PACIFIC REGION

On September 24, President Biden hosted Prime Minister Scott Morrison of Australia, Prime Minister Narendra Modi of India, and Prime Minister Yoshihide Suga of Japan at the White House for the first-ever in-person Leaders’ Summit of the Quad. A the top of their agenda the COVID-19 pandemic, infrastructure; the climate crisis; emerging technologies, space, and cybersecurity; and last but not least, fellowshi consisitng of cultivating 100 selected students(25 from each QUAD member) to be trained in the USA universities.

Biedn,Modi,Morisson and Suga meeting QUAD summit in Washington September 2021

THE QUAD, CONTINUATION OF THE TRUMAN DOCTRINE OF CONTAINMENT OF COMMUNISM

The father of the containment is not Truman nor John Foster Dulles but George Kennan who was considering the soviet union and the communism as evil and conspiratorial trend within “liberal democracy” For that reason, Kennann had preached continued fight against the USSR and communism by confronting the Russians with counterforce at every point and to block the Soviet Union with “superior force and with “unassailable barriers in its path”

The policy of containment was supported and implemented in 1947 by the Truman administration asserting the need to “act and act decisively” to sustain the open Door policy. As the direct descendant of Churchill militancy anti Russia “Iron curtain” speech of march 1946, the Truman doctrine blamed the Soviet Union for the troubles of the world and announced the determination of the united States to halt the spread of revolutionary radicalism. As a result, Truman administration had elaborated a program to promote “trouble on the other side of the Iron curtain” Consequently, as Acheson revealed to the Congress, the cold war was inevitable.

George Kennan(Left),father of the containment and the politician who coind the term of « Cold war »

The QUAD is a new military alliance targeting China in the Asia Pacific region like NATO set up in 1949 with the main objective: containing the Soviet Union in Europe. Long after the triumph of the Revolution in China, a large part of the American people refused to accept the result. After the fall of China to communism in October 1949, Truman Doctrine was activated to contain the new born communist revolution in China. The USA initiated the Korean war in 1950 with the hope to put a break to the rising tide of revolution in Asia. The snowballing effect of communist triumphes might make Thailand and Burma relatively easy conquests. Since Indi China is strategically the key to all South East Asia. A communist sweep in asia would tend to « paralyse the defense of Europe ». In West europe the feeling might well spread that resistance to the Red  » wave of the future » was hopeless. Thus far the Truman Doctrine had been enforced, but il had been a dismal failure in east Asia. these considerations were sufficient to induce resolute action in Korea.

QUAD, US TOOL TO CONTAIN RISING CHINA IN THE ASIA PACIFIC REGION

The Quad has been described as a U.S.-led project, an alliance, an axis of democracies, a security diamond to contain China. The story of the QUAD has begun in spring 2007 by quadrilateral discussion followed later by a naval exercise in the fall of this year. In 2006, Japanese prime ministerial candidate Shinzo Abe made a more limited but focused case for a values-based foreign policy and closer ties with Australia and India. Once Abe won the election, his foreign minister Taro Aso reiterated this call in a speech laying out the new government’s foreign policy. In December 2006, Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh visited Japan. In a joint statement, he and Abe noted “the usefulness of having dialogue among India, Japan and other like-minded countries in the Asia-Pacific region on themes of mutual interest.” Then, reports emerged that U.S. Vice President Dick Cheney, despite hesitation in some quarters in the Bush administration, endorsed the idea of a quadrilateral involving Australia, Japan, the United States, and India — in addition to the Trilateral Strategic Dialogue that the first three had started in 2002. He discussed it with Prime Minister John Howard on a visit to Australia in February 2007. When Howard visited Tokyo the next month, he and Abe highlighted the four countries’ shared democratic values. A few days later, the Indian foreign minister visited Japan, and then, in April, Aso traveled to India and Abe to Washington. The Australian participant later described it as an “informal meeting … to look at issues of common interest” (like disaster relief) involving countries that “share some values and growing cooperation in the Asia-Pacific.”

Dick Cheney, G.Bush’s vice president

The meeting might have been exploratory, but observers thought it was or could be much more. Australian members of parliament asked if this was a security arrangement, an alliance, or an expansion of the Trilateral Strategic Dialogue. Indian lawmakers wanted more details on this “four-cornered dialogue.” Advocates and critics suggested it was an “Asian NATO” to constrain China.

There was still momentum behind the Quad. When Abe visited India in August, he didn’t explicitly mention it, but told the Indian parliament, “the Confluence of the Two Seas is coming into being.” He spoke of a “broader Asia” that would also incorporate Australia and the United States. The quadrilateral found more explicit mention in the United States that fall, when presidential candidate Sen. John McCain wrote that he would “institutionalize” the Quad

QUAD, MILITARY ALLIANCE DIRECTED AGAINST CHINA IN THE ASIA PACIFIC REGION

Before the recent meeting of the Quad, both the United States and the Indian sides denied that it was a military alliance, even though the Quad countries conduct joint naval exercises—the Malabar exercises—and have signed various military agreements. The September 24 Quad joint statement focuses more on other “security” issues: health security, supply chain and cybersecurity.

QUAD Malabar exercice

Before the Quad meeting in Washington, the United States and the UK signed an agreement with Australia to supply eight nuclear submarines—the AUKUS agreement. Earlier, the United States had transferred nuclear submarine technology to the UK, and it may have some subcontracting role here. Nuclear submarines, unlike diesel-powered submarines, are not meant for defensive purposes. They are for force projection far away from home. Their ability to travel large distances and remain submerged for long periods makes them effective strike weapons against other countries.

The AUKUS agreement means that Australia is canceling its earlier French contract to supply 12 diesel-powered submarines. The French are livid that they, one of NATO’s lynchpins, have been treated this way with no consultation by the United States or Australia on the cancellation. The U.S. administration has followed it up with “discreet disclosures” to the media and U.S. think tanks that the agreement to supply nuclear submarines also includes Australia providing naval and air bases to the United States. In other words, Australia is joining the United States and the UK in a military alliance in the “Indo-Pacific.”

AUKUS,new military alliance with Australia against China

Behind the rhetoric about the Indo-Pacific and open seas is the U.S. strategic vision to project its maritime power against China and contest for control over even Chinese waters and economic zones. This is the 2018 U.S. Pacific strategy doctrine that it has itself put forward, which it de-classified recently. The doctrine states that the U.S. naval strategy is to deny China sustained air and sea dominance even inside the first island chain and dominate all domains outside the first island chain. .

The U.S. is using the other members of the Quad as mere tool to regain its strategic and global dominance. The United States wants to use the disputes that Vietnam, the Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand and Malaysia have with China over the boundaries of their respective exclusive economic zones. The same strategy used by the United States to use European continent as bullwark against the Soviet Union. That is why old colonial UK, France, Germany and today the United States all have large aircraft carriers: they are naval powers who believe that the gunboat diplomacy through which they built their empires still works. The United States has 700-800 military bases spread worldwide; Russia has about 10; and China has only one base in Djibouti, Africa.

AUKUS,BIRTH OF NEW MILITARY PACT TARGETING CHINA

On Wednesday September 15, in a virtual press conference with British Prime Minister Boris Johnson and Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison, US President Joe Biden announced the formation of a new Indo-Pacific security alliance with the UK and Australia. The so called security alliance named « AUKUS »Washington’s hottest acronym abbreviations for Australia, the United Kingdom and the United States, is but a new military pact conceived and set up by imperialist and hegemonic power flanked by two satellites Anglo saxon proxies aimed at containing China’s rise to global power. AUKUS is Washington’s latest NATO-like alliance in the Asia Pacific region alongside other alliances, the US-Japan and US-South Korea alliances and the Quad including India, not US ally but a political and geopolitical challenger to China.

AUKUS, the new military pact could endanger the Asia Pacific region as Australia will become a nuclear power by acquiring 9 nuclear powered submarines. The centrepiece of the deal announced involves Australia acquiring nuclear-powered submarines and abandoning a deal with France, tearing up an agreement with French Naval group to build conventionally powered submarines. Under the arrangement, the United States will divulge its most-guarded naval nuclear secrets to Australia. The details and inner workings of the alliance will be nutted out over the next 18 months. Playing on words by alleging the deal does not extend to nuclear weapons, only to the propulsion system, as the future nuclear-powered submarines would be able to carry nuclear weapons aboard.

Allied naval presence is expected to increase north of Australia, including in the contested South China Sea, as part of a coordinated tricontinental push against Beijing territorial aggression. Australia, the United States and Britain are expected to reorient their submarine and warship fleets to counter China’s increasing regional presence.

The new military pact would allow a far greater presence of American troops on Australian soil as more US warplanes of all types, including bombers, will come to Australia, along with a larger presence of maintenance crews and military logistics personnel.

Beijing vigorously reacted denouncing the new military as AUKUS deal supplying Australia with nuclear submarines « seriously damages regional peace and stability, intensifies the arms race, and undermines the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons » A senior Chinese military expert commented on the new nuclear deal considering only nuclear-armed countries have nuclear submarines, and a nuclear submarine is one tasked to launch a second-round nuclear strike in a nuclear war.

Aware of the danger from the new military pact New Zealand, member of the Five Eyes Alliance, wants to stay away from it, especially Australian nuclear submarines. New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern said on Thursday that Australia’s new nuclear-powered submarines would not be allowed in New Zealand’s territorial waters under a long-standing nuclear-free policy.

The new military pact will benefit directly the merchants of death in US and UK and indirectly a leading French company Thales based in England. In UK, BAE System is currently building a fleet of Astute- class nuclear powered attack submarines and designing a fleet of Trident ballistic missile submarines for the Royal Navy at its Barrow yard in northern England. The company has a substantial stake in the Australian shipbuilding industry in part due to Canberra’s 2018 selection of the companies Type 26 frigate for anti-submarine duties. Thales, a great success, a French company has a very large workforce in the UK working for submarine industry. After Australia has scrapped the French deal, the company was quick to announce in a statement on Sept. 15 that its business outlook would remain untouched by the Australian decision to drop Naval Group.

US BUILDING UP OF INDO PACIFIC NATO TO COUNTER CHINA

US BUILDING UP OF INDO PACIFIC NATO TO COUNTER CHINA

On August 31,in the framework of the ongoing summit of the US-India Strategic Partnership Forum, the US Deputy Secretary pf State Stephen Biegun said in an online discussion that the US is working to strengthen closer defence ties with countries of the India-Pacific region, India, Japan and Australia, to build up Indo- Pacific Alliance modeled on the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation (NATO) with an aim to counter China

Stepehn Biegen is a necons, he’s the number 2 official in the US state department, an American businessman, fluent Russian-speaking diplomat former staffer on the National Security Council in the George W Bush administration and the US special Representative for North Korea in the Trump administration.

Washington’s aim is to create in the Indo-Pacific region a strong multilateral structures, ultimately to align in a more structured manner, similar to those of NATO. The Donald Trump administration’s Indo-Pacific Strategy is the role played by the Quadrilateral Security Dialogue, or “Quad,” comprised of Australia, India, Japan, and the United States. Since the Quad’s resurrection from a decade-long hiatus in November 2017, the group has met five times and has emphasized maintaining the liberal rules-based international order, which China seeks to undermine or overturn. Washington’s aim is to get the Quad grouping of four countries to work together as a bulwark against a potential challenge from China and to create a critical mass around the shared values and interests.

It is expected that the Quad grouping will meet in New Delhi this autumn with Australia’s possible participation in India’s forthcoming Malabar naval exercise as an example of progress towards a formal defence bloc.

The US wants to see Vietnam, South Korea and New Zealand to eventually join an expanded version of the ‘Quad’ to form an alliance grouping the seven nations working together in order to safeguard their common and shared interests in the Inod Pacific region.

The ongoing standoff with China provides a pretext for the Modi government to unveil its real agenda, the timing alibi to align the Indian foreign policy establishment to openly transform the Quad into a Indo Pacific NATO.

Rethinking the History with Annie Lacroix-Riz (1)

Rethinking the History with Annie Lacroix-Riz (1)

« Les élites françaises entre 1940 et 1944 »,

« de la collaboration avec l’Allemagne à l’alliance américaine » , Paris, Armand Colin, 496 pages, available on April 26, 2016

« The ideas of the ruling class are in every epoch the ruling ideas, i.e. the class which is the ruling material force of society, is at the same time its ruling intellectual force. The class which has the means of material production at its disposal, has control at the same time over the means of mental production, so that thereby, generally speaking, the ideas of those who lack the means of mental production are subject to it. The ruling ideas are nothing more than the ideal expression of the dominant material relation relationships, the dominant material relationships grasped as ideas ; hence of the relationships which make the one class the ruling one, therefore, the ideas of its dominance…Insofar, therefore, as they rule as a class and determine the extent and compass of an epoch, it is self-evident that they do this in its whole range, hence among other things rule also as thinkers, as producers of ideas, and regulate the production and distribution of the ideas of their age : thus their ideas are the ruling ideas of the epoch«

I’m sorry for this long quotation extract from Karl Marx’s « The German ideology », that I consider as the main principle that we must keep in mind for answering the question :  why reading the new book of  Annie Lacroix-Riz  » les élites françaises entre 1940 et 1944, de la collaboration avec l’Allemagne à l’allianace américaine »   » To be entirely clear,  this Marx’s famous assertion must be usefully completed by an intrinsically and  logically one,  that if it is true , the dominant ideas in every epoch is the ideas of the ruling class, it is also true that these dominant ideas of the ruling class had through the history and still today have their challengers, their swashbucklers, their overthrower and their grave-digger. Through the intellectual history, we can witness numerous cases of those heretics and refractors who firmly and courageously challenged the dominant ideas of their epoch and even they risked their own skin. The intellectual history provide us with several cases demonstrating the challenge opposed by Freethinkers to the dominant ideas of their epoch. I will pick out two names of freethinkers. The Italian Dominican friar , Giordano Bruno(1548-1600) had been considered as heretic by the Roman Inquisition and tried  for his cosmological theories offending the dominant Catholic tenet. Being found guilty, Bruno was burned in 1600 at the stake in Rome’s Campo de Fiori.  After his death, his cosmological theory on the infinity of the universe and the lack of celestial body at its centre has been confirmed. Marx was another example in the history of free thought. Karl Marx is another example of Free thinker who challenged the dominant ideas of his epoch and paved the way for rethinking otherwise the bourgeois society, its political economy and the history made by and through the class struggle. the high price paid for his free thinking was permanent persecution and exile from Brussels, to Paris and to London where he lived thank to financial aid of his friend Friedrich Engels and where he dead in the extreme need. We Know how Marxist thought became the driving force for all revolutionary and nationalist movements in their struggle against the Western imperialism all over the world and how it found its full achievement in the Russian revolution of 1917 and in the foundation of the first state in the history appealing to Marx and Lenin learning as ideological and political canvas of the newly Soviet regime.

At these two names choose among the free thinkers in the past, I would to add two other names who are my contemporaries too, that I consider as heroic resisters to the sirens and the trumpet of dominant ideas and the ambient intellectual conformism : The Italian philosopher Domenico Losurdo and the French historian, Annie Lacroix-Riz. Of course, only a careful and patient  reading of their abundant production could convince you of the relevance of my choose Here,, my focus concerns the historian Annie Lacroix-Riz at the occasion of his new book,  » Les élites françaises de 1940 à 1944, de la collaboration avec l’Allemagne à l’alliance américaine » whose review will be made in three parts and in reference to a precedent book  » Industriels et banquiers français sous l’occupation, 2013, first edition 1999) ,  which could help understanding the author’s core thesis.

Totalitarianism according to the CIA sponsored western intelligentsia (1)

Totalitarianism according to the CIA sponsored western intelligentsia(1)

After the failure of the First anti-Reds crusade waged by the western powers, the United States, Britain, France, helped by their fascist proxy states, during the Bolshevik revolution and the interwar years, began in the aftermath of the Second World War, a second anti-communist crusade, this time, an ideological struggle aiming at nudging « the intelligentsia of western Europe away from its lingering fascination with Marxism and Communism towards a view more accommodating of the « American way » ( Frances Stonor Saunders, who paid the piper ? the CIA and the cultural cold war, London, Granta Books, 2000, first edition, 1999, page 1). In order to wage its worldwide anti-communist crusade, or inversely, to, communism and its contagion of the elites in the West, and in the same time to promote and to accompany the spread of the newly pax America,   the incipient CIA started from 1947 by enlisting an army of mercenary of the thought ( writers, poets, artists,  historians, scientists, journalists) and by building up « highly influential network of intelligentsia personal, political strategies, the corporate establishment », and  by stockpile of  » vast arsenal of cultural weapons : journals, books, conferences, seminars » (Ibid pp 1-2) The mercenaries of the thought recruited by the CIA had to wage a psychological war based on a broad campaign of persuasion, of a propaganda war  aiming at disseminating « information or  particular doctrine by means of news, special arguments or  appeals designed to influence the thoughts and actions of any given group » (Ibid p. 2)

the first step in this anti-communist crusade was to proceed to the demolition of the heroic and epic legend of the Russians, its leadership and its red Army which defeated at Stalingrad the German Juggernaut ending the dream of Hitler and his appeasers and supporters in Europe and in the United States to get rid of the Soviet Union and from communism. For tghus purpose, had been created both in the United States following the enunciation of the truamn doctrine, as specialized agency in the psychological warfare within the CIA and in Britain, the Information Research Department which had been set in February 1948 by Clement Atlee’s government whose mission was to attack communism and to « get rid of the Good Old Uncle Joe(Stalin) myth build up  during the war » (F. Stonor Saunders, ibid.pp 58-59) . In both sides of the Atlantic, had been recruited an army of intellectual workers working for the American and British governments  in their propaganda departments whose aim was to blacken the reputation of the Soviet union and the victor of barbaric Nazism, Stalin,  who after being a God in the past now became a pariah. In order to make more efficacious and percussive the anti Soviet and anti Stalin propaganda, the strategists in both the CIA and the IRD’s Psychological warfare department  had as target three kinds of recruit : the Trotskyists, the old communist renegades and members of the Non-Communist Left (NCL)

Comparative study : Nazi Germany and Soviet Union, why not Nazi Germany, the USA and Britian ?

Comparative study : Nazi Germany and Soviet Union, why not Nazi Germany, the USA  and Britain ?

At the end of the Second World War, began a second anti-communist crusade led by the new hegemonic power, the United States of America. the first anti-Bolshevik and anti-Soviet crusade waged by the United States and its European satellites had woefully failed. After the crushing Red Army epic and heroic resistance opposed in Stalingrad by the Russian people and its leadership at the price of millions of dead and huge destruction of the country, the Soviet Union emerged from the war as a rival superpower to Western hegemony, to the Jus Publicum europaeum, and to the American Century. Then began the Second Crusade, the ideological crusade against the Soviet Union, its political pattern and its leadership especially Stalin caricatured by the Black legend of Stalinism. This ideological crusade appeared through a Historical revisionism and historiography shaped in the likeness of American cultural, ideological and political imperialism in Europe and over the world. A lively historiography developed in the USA practised discriminative and ideological and Manichaean oversimplification of the historical picture. During this second anti-communist crusade, the appropriate weapon in the hands of American elites and western intelligentsia began a new and intense era of revisionism.

The striking example of this historical revisonim has been illustrated by the inculcation of Pavlov’s theory of conditioned reflexes associating falsely and wrongly, widespread by intense western propaganda, consisting of comparing political and ideological and economic  systems that all separated, mixing and putting in the same boat the racist Hitler and the anti racist  Stalin, the imperialist and expansionist Nazi Germany and fascist Italy with the anti-imperialist and ardent defender and the credo of the Bolsheviks and  Communist Russia, the defense of the colonized peoples victims over centuries of western imperialism over centuries.
